Welcome to ARCA ("ARCA," "we," "us," or "our"), a recurring-cost and subscription tracking service available at arcaproject.tech (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ARCA helps you track recurring subscriptions and costs, including CSV bank statement import, spend analytics, renewal alerts, and related features. ARCA is an informational and organizational tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service should be interpreted as such. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, including whether to cancel, keep, or modify any subscription or service based on information shown in ARCA.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ARCA. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. The 7-day free trial allows you to cancel before any charge occurs.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' data; upload malicious files (including through the CSV import feature); or resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the financial and subscription data you enter into ARCA. We use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or import.
If you participate in ARCA's affiliate program, separate affiliate terms apply, including: commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded subscription payments; we may adjust commission rates or terminate the program with notice; you must not make false or misleading claims about ARCA when promoting it; and you are responsible for providing accurate payout details — we are not liable for payments sent to incorrect account details you provided.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that renewal alerts or any notification feature will be delivered reliably or on time — they are a convenience feature, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for tracking and canceling your own subscriptions elsewhere. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCA and its operator(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed cancellations, financial losses, or damages arising from reliance on information in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
